Computer Science I Mentor (Sep. - Dec. 2024, Sep. 2025 - Dec. 2025)
- Worked for my school's Computer Science department in weekly lab and office hour sessions
to help students taking Computer Science I complete their homework and lab assignments, giving class
credit for the latter by looking at students' Python code structure and output.
- Required teaching and problem-solving skills in order to help students with coding questions.
Volunteer Experience:
Vecinos Unidos Tutor (Feb. 2023 - May 2023)
- At least once a week, helped underprivileged elementary school students improve their math skills,
their reading & writing in English, and other core skills in an afterschool program.
Summer Camp Counselor-In-Training (June 2021)
- Program with Herndon Parks & Recreation that entailed working with an outdoor summer camp
that consisted of campers ages 6-11. See

- Responsibilities included assisting camp counselors with activities as well as looking
after and working with campers. Also helped with looking after a camper who required special
attention, making sure he stayed with his group and participated in activities.
